Jesus was the One who formed His Church and His leadership gifts. He functioned in all 5 of these spiritual leadership gifts during His ministry on earth. No leadership gift is more important than the other; for they are ALL needed to equip the body of Christ. These 5 leadership gifts are spiritual roles that represent the love of Jesus, while serving God's people. The Holy Spirit chooses whom will receive each leadership gift. The Holy Spirit assigns additional spiritual gifts to each leader; to help them function in ministry. These are NOT TITLES OF ENTITLEMENT. These are SPIRITUAL GIFTS OF SERVICE.
